My family and I stayed at the Red Lion Templins in Post Falls March 28-March 30. We were very disappointed with the restaurant our service was not up to par. Our meal was okay at best, my grandma ordered the pot roast and it was so tough we sent it back for something else. The staff was much more concerned with watching the NCAA on the tv then taking care of their customers. The hotel was ok...our bed wasn't made up when we returned at 7:00 at night so that was also disappointing. We won't be returning to this hotel, and that's too bad because it is in an excellent location...the service just sucks.
